Delegate Shott  moves to amend the bill on page one, section five, line fourteen, after the word “complaint” by inserting the words “and the Respondent”.

On page two, section five, line twenty-one, after the word “due”, by inserting the following sentence: “The board shall send a copy of the status report to the party filing the complaint and the Respondent by certified mail with a signed return receipt.”
